Natalie Ker Watson

Natalie provides the operational management at the practice and works closely with the partners regarding our strategy and the wider context. You can contact Natalie via phone or by writing in if you have any feedback, comments or a complaint.


Hasvina deals with all the work that needs to be done when a patients registers at the practice or moves to another area.  She is also in charge of dealing with the mountain of post that arrives at the practice every day.

Marina ensures that all the information that appears on patients notes is correct and runs checks that we are providing the best service possible for our patients.  She is also a trained technician to do asthma reviews. 

Wahida is able to assist with enquiries about referral letters, insurance reports and other claim forms. 



Reception Team Leader

Many of you will know Joyce who leads our team of receptionists. Joyce is our longest serving current receptionist. She is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in reception.
