Our health care assistant has appointments for blood tests (phlebotomy), injections (like B12, flu, pnemovax and shingles), dressings and removal of stitches, smoking cessation advice and health checks.
Natalie provides the operational management at the practice and works closely with the partners regarding our strategy and the wider context. You can contact Natalie via phone or by writing in if you have any feedback, comments or a complaint.
Hasvina deals with all the work that needs to be done when a patients registers at the practice or moves to another area. She is also in charge of dealing with the mountain of post that arrives at the practice every day.
